    Quick Discovery

    Share your ZIP or city, target date, and office size. Your PM confirms building rules, elevator/dock windows, and any sensitive areas like server rooms. Floor plans or photos help us spot bottlenecks early.

    Fixed Written Quote

    Receive a clear line-item quote with scope, timeline, and assumptions. If scope stays the same, your final invoice will not exceed your quote. If anything changes, we issue a simple change order for approval first.

    Protection & Prep

    We coordinate COI, reserve elevators, and schedule after-hours if needed. Protection is staged for doors, walls, floors, and elevators; labels are set; and we align with your facilities/IT so move day starts smooth.

  4. 4

    Move & Reinstall

    Crews disassemble, pad, load, and transport in sequence. At destination we reinstall workstations to plan, reset conference rooms, and coordinate low-voltage labeling or device reconnects. Nights/weekends available.

  5. 5

    Walk-Through & Sign-Off

    Your PM completes a final walk-through to confirm placement, cleanliness, and protection removal. Any punch-list items are handled before we leave. You get clean sign-off and disposal/e-waste certificates if applicable.

    Post-Move Follow-Up

    We check in after you’re settled to handle tweaks—chair/desk adjustments, stray cable labels, crate pickup, and any room re-arranges. Your PM stays available for 30 days for quick fixes and documentation you may need.

Do you work nights or weekends
Yes. Many buildings require after hours work. We schedule evening and weekend crews to reduce impact on your team.

Floor count, elevator access, square footage, major items, addresses, target dates, and any building rules or COI needs.
Do you provide on site walkthroughs
Yes. A project manager can walk the space, confirm scope, and build the plan.
How do you price a project
Pricing is based on labor hours, trucks, equipment, access, schedule window, and any specialty services such as IT handling or disposal.
Are you insured
Yes. Commercial auto, general liability, workers compensation, and umbrella. Limits available on request.
Can you provide a COI for my building
Yes. Send the sample and the exact wording for certificate holder and additionally insured.
How do you protect floors walls and elevators
Masonite, corner guards, pads, door jamb protectors, and elevator blankets placed before work begins.
Do you provide packing and labeling supplies
Yes. Plastic crates, labels, zip ties, and instructions. Our team can also pack if needed.
Can you disconnect and reconnect computers
We coordinate with your IT lead. We can supply labor or work alongside your team.
Do you offer storage or overnight holding
Yes. Short term storage, cross docking, and secure overnight holding with labeled inventory.
Can you handle decommission and disposal
Yes. Removal, donation when possible, certified recycling, broom clean standard.
Do you work in union buildings
No. We do not work with union.
What is a typical move timeline
