"Broom clean" typically means all personal property, furniture, and debris are removed, and floors are swept. It usually does not require detailed janitorial cleaning unless specified in your lease.
Check your lease. Most commercial leases contain a clause requiring the tenant to remove all low-voltage cabling (Cat5/6) upon exit. Failure to do so can result in hefty deductions from your security deposit.
