Our Story
Vector Installation Services was founded to solve a specific problem: furniture dealers and facility managers in Southern California needed a reliable, professional installation partner they could count on for every project. Not a general contractor who does installations on the side — a specialized team that lives and breathes commercial office furniture.
Based out of our 20,000 square foot warehouse in Buena Park, California, we operate our own fleet of trucks, vans, and purpose-built installation vehicles. Our crews are trained on all major commercial furniture systems including Herman Miller, Steelcase, Haworth, Knoll, Teknion, Kimball, HON, and dozens more.
We handle the complete lifecycle of office furniture: from receiving shipments at our warehouse and staging by project, to delivery, professional installation, reconfiguration of existing systems, and full office decommissioning when leases end. Our clients include some of the largest furniture dealers in the country, as well as property management firms, facility managers, and corporate real estate teams.
With over 2,000 projects completed across Orange County, Los Angeles, the Inland Empire, and greater Southern California, Vector has built a reputation for on-time delivery, spec-perfect installation, and transparent pricing. We hold California State License Board (CSLB) License #1088412 and carry full general liability and workers compensation coverage.
What We Do
Office Furniture Installation
We receive, stage, deliver, and install commercial office furniture for dealers and designers. Cubicles, workstations, private offices, conference rooms, benching systems — all major brands, assembled to manufacturer specifications. Our warehouse handles receiving and staging so dealers don't need their own storage.
Office Decommissioning
Complete office teardown and removal for end-of-lease transitions. Systems furniture disassembly, asset liquidation, donation coordination, responsible recycling, and final broom-clean exit. We work to your lease deadline and maximize recovery on reusable assets.
Office Reconfiguration
Moves, adds, and changes within your existing space. Resize workstations, relocate teams, swap panels, reconfigure layouts — all using your existing furniture. No capital spend on new equipment. We execute after-hours or on weekends to minimize disruption to your operations.
Who We Serve
Furniture Dealers & Designers: We serve as your SoCal installation arm. Ship to our warehouse, we handle the rest. National dealers use us for their Southern California projects. Local dealers rely on us as their consistent, professional installation partner.
Property & Facility Managers: End-of-lease decommissioning, tenant improvement projects, and ongoing furniture management. We understand building access requirements, COI documentation, and multi-phase project coordination.
