    We coordinate COI, reserve elevators, schedule after-hours if needed. Protection staged for doors, walls, floors, and elevators.

    Move & Reinstall

    Crews disassemble, pad, load, and transport in sequence. At destination we reinstall workstations to plan and reset conference rooms.

    Walk-Through & Sign-Off

    Your PM does a final walk-through to confirm placement, cleanliness, and protection removal. Punch-list handled before we leave.

    Post-Move Follow-Up

    We check in after you're settled for tweaks, crate pickup, and re-arranges. Your PM stays available 30 days post-move.

What furniture brands and systems do you install?

All major manufacturers — Haworth, Herman Miller, Steelcase, Knoll, SitOnIt, DeskMakers, Allsteel, HON, Global, and more. Our crews are trained on both legacy panel systems and modern benching and agile configurations. If it's in the BIFMA catalog, we've installed it.

Do you work directly with furniture dealers?

Yes — the majority of our work comes from dealer partnerships. We act as a white-label installation arm for dealers across Southern California, handling the field work while they manage the client relationship. We show up on time, install to spec, document the job, and stay out of the way.

How do you handle punch items and callbacks?

We complete a punch list walk-through with the on-site contact before we leave. Any open items are resolved same-day wherever possible. If a return trip is required, we schedule it within 48 hours. Dealers get a full photo report so they can close the job with their client confidently.

Can you do after-hours or weekend installations?

Yes — we do a significant portion of our installs after hours and on weekends. Many of our dealer clients specifically request off-hours installs so the client's office stays operational during the build. We confirm windows the day before and have crew leads reachable throughout the job.

What does your documentation process look like?

After every installation we provide a photo report of the completed space, a signed punch list, and client sign-off confirmation. Dealers receive this before we leave the site so they can update their project status immediately. All documentation is emailed same-day.

Can you accommodate last-minute installs?
